We ship by SKYNET from KUALA LUMPUR. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promise from us to deliver your product exactly by that date! It is for our information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date." ASAP.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Saturday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
